Q. What if I need to return an item?
A. Simply fill out the ‘contact us’ form with the circumstances and we will be in contact with you to organise exchange/refund or otherwise. Returns are to be paid by us if it a warranty or we mistakenly sent the wrong product. Otherwise, return postage is paid by the customer. We are not required to refund an item if it is a change of mind as per Consumer Law.
Q. What is my size?
A. You will find a sizing chart on each of the clothing pages. If you need help, fill in the ‘contact us’ form and we will be in contact with you.
Q. Why am I on backorder?
A. We try our best to have everything in stock and sent to you in a timely manner. However, in high traffic internet sales this might be overlooked. We will endeavour to meet your requirements and have it shipped to you as soon as possible. Sometimes products may have to be imported and can cause a small delay. We apologise if this happens.
Q. What if I forget my password?
A. Fill out the ‘contact us’ form telling us you have you forgotten your password and we will send you an email with your new password.
Q. What is the payment method?
A. When purchasing through the cart, you can use your credit/debit card. This will be processed through either Shopify's SSL encrypted certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payment gateway or our secure PayPal system.
Q. How much is shipping?
A. All orders will incur a shipping fee, which will be added to your cart when purchasing. Shipping charges depend on where in Australia it is sent to. Orders over $199 (AUD) DO NOT incur a shipping charge, meaning shipping is free. This also includes AFPO international orders. Other international orders will incur a $65 (AUD) shipping charge.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we ship globally. Sometimes tracking will not be available, however, shipping usually takes approximately 5-20 days.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. All domestic orders take approximately 1-30 days, depending on were you are located and which warehouse the product is shipped from and the availability of the product purchased. However, due to high traffic internet orders, some orders may be backordered and delivery may be prolonged. We will inform you if this is the circumstance and we apologise in advance. All deliveries are though FASTWAY or Australia Post.
Q. Can I Express Post?
A. Yes, however this option will incur an additional charge and therefore FREE postage WILL NOT be available.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. We will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours. This may not occur due to circumstances such as public holidays.
